All roller mill rolls will eventually wear with use and need to be regrooved which is like sharpening your rolls. If you notice you are loosing capacity and your roller mill isn't doing the job it used to, then it's usually time to regroove. Limiting foreign objects when rolling and ensuring the proper roller adjustments will extend the life of the rollers before they need to be serviced.

Rolls are likely the most important and most costly component of your roller mill. When neglected, this leads to lack of a uniform feed or crush and decreases consistency and productivity. If your rolls have reached the end of their lifecycle and can no longer be regrooved, our experienced team will build a new set of rolls to required specifications. Rolls are available in single or pair configurations including regular, solid or hardened rolls with flat, smooth or grooved finish.
